Haha, sounds like a good idea, but I don't have the time to do that..

So its been a while since this thread has been posted on so I'm trying to revive it a little.

I realized that the free Targus Groove backpack, though it looks quite nice, is not that great mainly b/c of build and shape/size.

So having said that, I'm still looking for a good backpack and would appreciate any comments.

Ideally, here what I want, and here's what I have:

15" T42
A backpack that can hold a few books and is great for a student (im a college student)
Hopefully sometime I can use outside of school...i.e. small scale backpacking.
And price is under $100....preferrably around 50-70 dollars. The Northface Recon looked promising but it can't fit a 15" notebook.

Thanks and I'm positive that thing info on this board will help many more!

Oh and anyone know of any stores where you can check them out? Pictures are nice but rarely do justice or forewarn you!

I carry my T43 in a Swiss Army Synergy backpack which I definitely recommend. It can fit a 15" laptop and has plenty of space to hold books, papers, cables, and what have you.

You can also check out their Maxxum backpack which is slightly smaller and less expensive.
