T42 Ordering Question

Hello:

Is it possible to request specific parts when ordering a T42 - eg. the Thai keyboard and/or the Hydis LCD panel etc...? In case it is not, is it possible to get IBM to replace the CRUs after I receive the laptop - even if there is no problem with the parts?

You cannot request specific parts. You could try to persuade IBM to switch out the keyboards later, however.

Get the laptop first and decide then. The difference may be minimal.
