T41p display issue ?!

I have a Thinkpad T41p, and I have a problem with the display.

When I am running linux (or anything in full screen with black background), and scrolling the page, the top of the screen and the bottom of the screen, there are approx 1-1inch bar where the text vanishes very slow. It seems there is very low refresh rate (response time)..

I can't explain it more accurate, but i hope you understand what I want to say.

I like to know is it a type-problem, or the display is wrong.

HELP me please!
