T43p CPU Temp?

What is the temp of a T43p CPU suppose to run at? If i have all the settings on Max Performance, using the IBM Power Manager, the temp sits steady around 62C, and can go as high as 70C. If i use the IBM default setting it sits around 59C. Is this still high? HDD is around 40C.

I just installed CHC, and with the dynamic switching activated on default settings, it is now 53C. this seems better. Are there any downsides to using the Dynamic switching?

Some people state there CPU is around 40-45C? what is expected as normal?
