Did you ever do test without the CHC?
I didn't run a special stress application exept gaming (making the cpu run at 100% load but I don't know if a prime95 load is "heavier"). But I'm pretty sure that even if would to make my t43p the hottest possible, i couldn't make it over 70°-75°C. Even by playing, the fan speed is the same as when idling (only temps are changing).
As I'm writing this, I'm running prime95 (cpu is at 1866MHz, 1.308Vcore not undervolted) and the graphic card is at it's max factory speed (i mean not overclocked), LCD set to max. The room is at 21°C. My t43p is on a table. I don't know what i can enable to make my t43p more hot. The CPU stays at 66°C.
Since i started prime95, i started also mobmeter to see the graphic of temperature. On the graphic i can see the temperature climbing from about 42°C to 66°C. But the temperature climbs slower and slower. I could imagine that after 2 hours of prime95 the temperature should stay at about 68°C - 72°C.
Now Prime95 is on for 15 minutes. I saw the temperature climbing from 42° to 62°C during the first 3 minutes. And from 62° to 65°C during the other 12 minutes. The graphic in mobmeter is almost horizontal now.
I guess you have some hardware problem around your cpu. or is it a 2.13GHz ?
One thing is absolutely sure my CPU will never become hotter than 70°C in these conditions.
After this test, i put again the undervolted values (1866MHz at 1.164Vcore), temperature is staying at 61°C under load (always with torture test, small fft).
