Does anyone know how to make the recovery cds...

Go to Access IBM -> Create Recovery Discs or
Start Menu -> Programs -> Access IBM -> Create Recovery Discs.

You'll need at least 6 CD's or if you have a dvd burner (can be external) 1 CD and 1 DVD. You can only make one set.

So I can do it from windows or the recovery partition? I'm gonna need to dro by fry's to pick up some cds!

You make the recovery CDs inside Windows.
Get good CDs; you don't want your recovery discs to go bad with cheap media.
