A few questions about this ram I got for my T42

#1 Post by DeionDavid » Mon Aug 22, 2005 4:00 pm

Hello guys, this is my first post on this forum because I just got a T42 (2378) recently. Well I went to Fry's today and bought a stick of Mushkin 1 GB pc2700 333mhz so-dimm, and I was wondering if any you all have had experience with this kind of memory. Well here comes the noob question: how do I install laptop ram? This is my first laptop, so I'm not sure if it's the same as installing desktop ram, and I'm not too sure where the slots are on the back of the laptop.

Well thanks for reading. Hopefully I'll get this done soon and will contribute to this forum more in the future.

Search for how to remove your T4x/p series keyboard. Your ram is located near the power button area.
