T41 wireless problem

We have been having some issues with the T41's with the internal cisco card. We have been having all of our T41s computers drop off our wireless network or not get them at all. Has anyone reading this run into that problem?

Is it only with the T41s or network-wide?
I used to remember having this problem with my wireless. It would be fine for 20 minutes then drop off (even thought the connection was green). The only way to get it back was to reboot. Then the cycle continued.

I'm afraid I can't remember exactly what I did but I remember someone on this board mentioning the batteries. Changing the power management for the external devices so that it is not automatic (I think it keeps dropping the network to conserve energy). But definately something to do with power management.

Anyone know more?
