Need help installing my wireless card on my new t20

So I bought this t20 with no harddrive and 2000 pro installed fine and everything and I think I've gotten most of the crap on there in the way of drivers, but I dunno how to get my wireless card to be recognized. It will find it and try to install, but can't get the driver, any advice? Thanks in advance.

What wireless card? Since you have a T20, I assume you're talking about a PC Card wifi card. Go to the card manufacturer's website and download and install the driver.

It's a 3 com a/b/g with xjack I got from a friend for 15 bucks. I did go there and the downloading doesn't work so well, so I'm trying it some more. What else should I need to set up besides this when installing from completely nothing? By the way. Thanks.
