XP Suspend lights on T20

I have Win98SE and XP SP2 on my T20. When it goes into Suspend in Win98SE the green crescent moon is the only light that on. In XP both the moon and the UltraBay lights are on. I have all of the IBM & MS Updates.

Is this normal? Do others running XP have the same experience?

Well, I just tried it with my T20, and when it suspended while I was in XP, only the quarter moon showed up. The Ultrabay light disappeared....
