Ouch, bad memory, send it back to IBM and get your RAM replaced

You think they will ask me to send it in or send me a new ram to put in myself. I would actually hate having to open my computer so soon although it is easy. However today is Wednesday and I am leaving for school on Sunday so it would be faster for me to do it myself.

We'll see. Thanks

Hey I called support and was walked through reseating the memor. We will see if the blue screen comes up again. Case/request is still open in case it does happen. Great service.
I told them I had some problems with the keyboard when trying to take it off. I accidentlally took off some button and before i was finished reseating the memory the rep asked for my FRU to send me a new one. I fixed the keyboard so I told him don't send it because there may be a time when I may really need one.

Problems happen because these things are man made. But IBM(Lenovo) sure knows how to make things better.
