Video artifacts on the T30

I just got my T30(thanks, matt!) and I love her <3
I've had a few occasions where I've got some artifacting though. I got coloured static or parts of the screen wouldn't refresh.

Usually this means overheating or bad vram, afaik. I haven't over or underclocked the GPU.
This is a fresh install of XP/SP2 with the latest drivers from IBM.

I don't quite remember what I was doing when this happened, my memory isn't very good. If it happens again, I'll try to take a pic of it and I'll post it in this thread.

Has this happened to anyone else or do you know what would cause it?

I'm also getting artifacts after coming back from hibernating.
The mouse cursor isn't drawn correctly.
