This seems like a good item. It shows the card needs a pentium 2.4 GHZ, I wonder if that is the minumum or just a suggested speed.

it says
"Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 2.0GHz or higher required, P4 2.4GHz recommended"
that means it's good to have 2.4 Ghz, However this will work with any processor which is equally faster as P4 2.0 and have supported architecture. so basically if you have Pentium Mobile processor somewhere 1.6 ghz you should be fine.
