was talking to an ibm supervisor..

Over at the tech support, I called to get my battery replaced. I asked him if I could speak to someone about various manufacturing shortcomings, and after he finished with me, put me on the line with someone who took down all the different things I said, like the raised keyboards, creaking palmrests, bump thing on the LCD, rattling batteries, and he said he would take it to someone higher up who may be able to do something about it.

I was also at the TJ Watson Research Center the other day, and spoke to someone there about it, who also said they would pass along the word. Hopefully it'll help with something...not quite sure with what though yet..but I tried. Maybe if other people called in too, they'd be more inclined to make some corrections.

I live about 5 minutes away from IBM headquarters in Armonk, New York. Anyone have some bones to pick with employees? Let me know...I'll go have a talk with someone over there..... :D :D :D

jk. It would be fun to go there one day though.

Haha, I live in Yorktown, like 10 minutes from TJ Watson, not too far from you. Nice
