Problem with T41 2373 7KA

Dear All,

I send my thinkpad to ibm fix the error about display card. I found the bios information is no model type and machine serial number when ibm send my thinkpad to me. Because there is no model type and machine serial number, so some IBM software and drivers can not installed, the software always prompt "Invalid machine type". How to fix this problem. Thanks!
