i just did a fresh install of XP from a regular XP CD and am having trouble finding a program. Which program do i need to download on ibm's support site to get the little window that you get when you press Fn + F5 thats lets you enable/disable the wireless and bluetooth? TIA

You need to use the wireless driver from IBM, and IBM Access Connections. Only certain combinations work. I believe you need to install the wireless driver first, then IBM Access Connections. See following site for wireless driver requirements: IBM Access Connections 3.71
