T43: Windows Taskbar doesn't show after Hibernate

I have my T43 set to Hibernate when the lid closes. When I open the lid, and Windows resumes, many times the taskbar will not show. Only a grey bar appears. And, its not like it's just "covered up" but still their in the background. Its not. If I click where the start button should be, it doesn't work. Same with the clock or minimized programs. Any ideas of why this happens? I do have alot of proccesses, around 65, but I need most of them: all the IBM processes, Client Security, Symantec AntiVirus (Not Norton Home, a corporate version), ZoneAlarm, MS AntiSpyware. Anyone else have this or know why this happens?!
