T30 System Board Compatibility - Secure Chip.

Hi All-

I've got a quick question.

Would a non secure chipped system board work in a T30 that came with a chipped system board? ie- would part # 29P8205 or 26P8386 (T30 sys board without secure chip) work in a T30 that requires 26P8328 (T30 sys board WITH secure chip)?

I don't really care about the chip and what it does, I just need the laptop to work again! The price difference between the two parts is quite astronomical ($150 versus $600)!

Forgot to add that it's a 2366-92U.

Somebody please help, I really need this machine back up and running asap!
