What RAM uses my T43??

Disclaimer: This can be a stupid question .
I plan to buy 512MB of RAM for my T43 and install it to the extra slot on the back and I have many types of memories, like for the desktop PC in the web shop where I plan to buy...
SDRAM, DDR, DDR2. Ofcourse, all are So-DIMM
I though that my laptop uses DDR2 until I saw this:

On the web is written that T43 uses SDRAM... How this can be possible?
Also, what I must buy: 200 or 240pin?

T43 uses 200pin DDR2 PC2-4200 Sodimm. DDR2 is a type of SDRAM.
