T23 4MU to 2U6

My motherboard died. a guy has a T23 2647-2U6 Mu system is a 2647-4MU

Will this laptop base (mobo, and plastic) work with my system? I've tried to answer this myself and the one think I can think of to check is the RAM and both use 133 Mhz RAM so I'm all set there.

Anything else that could throw a wrench in my repair plans?

Hi,

You should download the T23 Hardware Maintenance Manual (search for it at IBM's site). They have a parts matrix that details which parts are used for which model, so you can verify that you won't have problems swapping parts.
