Bluetooth OBEX support T42?? ARGH!

I searched the forums. I searched Google. I've searched for over an hour.

I recently reloaded my system. I used to have OBEX file transfer support installed. Now I don't. I don't know what I did before to get this working. Can someone enlighten me? Please include links to download the appropriate drivers, if relevant.

Actually, this is what I was looking for:

You can't just run through the install, though; you have to follow their slightly convoluted instructions to override the Microsoft driver.
