Will this battery work on my T42 2378-fvu?

#1 Post by revolutionary_one » Wed Sep 28, 2005 11:34 am

I'm looking at a battery for a really good deal. The seller says its factory sealed. He has decent short term feedback and looks to be reputable.

"Model name 92P1102"

However, the description says it is meant to work on a t40, but the seller's description says it works fine on a t42.

I'd like to get this cleared up so i can buy it asap.
The 6 cell just isnt cutting it.

The T4x batteries are interchangeable. Looks like the 92P1102 is the newer battery with 7.2AH capacity, should work fine with the T42.

Ok, so now that that is done.

Whats a good price range to pay for a 9cell battery with the newer 7.2AH capacity?

I'm a geek and thinkpad enthusiast on a budget!
