[SOLVED] Unable to change Power State of 802.11 ....

I see that many people here have this problem.
I had it today and I resolved in few steps...
I unistalled the IBM access connections and some Proset Wireless (something like that) and the adapter.
I restarted the computer.
And installed Access connections 3.71 and the same drivers for the adapter that I had all the time.
Now it works... I think that the problem is in that "proset"
