Hard drive T42 2373K5M

I just got a T42 2373K5M the diagnostics list the hard drive as a Toshiba MK40264AX. This is a 40G 5400 16Mb disc. (according to the web) My former T43 Had an Hitaci (which I would prefer) 40G 5400 but I thought it was only 8Mb.
I will replace the Hard disc anyway in the future but I didnt expect a slighly faster drive in the T42 as Standard.

you got lucky then, some get even 2 MB buffer hard drives on their thinkpads :roll:
