whom to complain: shipping delays at Lenovo

I ordered a T43 CTO on Aug 31st and there is no sign of this. The sales dudes say we appreciate your patience, we are trying our best and std BS .... like parrots. Of course I adore the T series and wouldnt settle for a Dell but 6 weeks of wait is frustating.

Does any one know whom to contact (higher up) and complain? I am sure they are aware of all this but they should still be screamed at! It will be nice if folks on the forum can point to specific departments.

FYI I have all the std IBM/Lenovo customer support phone numbers.
