How do I use two wireless routers w/ my t42p?
Im having trouble connecting to this netgear cable modem/wireless router that time warner installed for my internet. I tried updating all the drivers and such, and even my roomates dell is having problems using its wireless function. I have a linksys router laying around, how would i go about hooking that up? I thought i would have to change some settings in the netgear one to bridge mode or something....or can i just plug it straight in to one of the ethernet ports?
I plugged a Linksys wireless router into one of the ethernet ports on my SMC wireless router, and my nephew was able to use the Linksys just fine, while I used my SMC. I did not change any configurations. This was only a temporary setup, so that is why I did it. I was using g, and my nephew needed b.
