I had ordered a CTO T43 on Aug 31st
2668AJU PM 2Ghz with SXGA+ and 3yr warranty
60GB 7200rpm HDD
9 cell battery
256MB
DVD/CDRW

I called them several times and there was no sign of my thinkpad shipping. Finally after 7 weeks, it shipped!!! Thinkpads may be the best laptop, but I have been pained by this delay.

Is there a place to complain? Can someone give me an email of a manager? I would definitely like to bring my case to their notice to help fellow TP fans.

Now I hope there is no dead pixel or any other issues
