Hello,
I own a T40 (2373-4BG) that came without the mini-PCI WLAN card. Does this unit have the built-in WLAN antenna? If it does, is it possible to add a WLAN card without breaking the warranty?
Thanks.

I believe all T40's began the "tradition" of wireless antenna built-in regardless of whether or not the laptop came with a wireless card from the factory. So YES, you should have an antenna. Make sure you buy one that's IBM-branded even if an Intel card (to avoid BIOS error). Check the IBM website under upgrades to see if it is a "user replaceable" part for you. If so you should not void the warranty.
