I decided to create a set of recovery disks recently but when I followed the instructions they pointed me to an option that was not available.
When I follow the path (press "start" --> all programs --> Access IBM) there is supposed to be a short cut to "Create Rescue Media" to click in the "Access IBM" folder of the programs menu ... but it is not there!
What is available is "Access IBM" "Battery Maximizer Wizard" "thinkpad configuration" and "IBM Access help", but no "Create Rescue Media"
Could someone please tell me how to make that program available, preferable in the Access IBM folder of the programs menu (just for convenience sake)?
thanks a million!
Abe
No "create rescue media" option on my T42?
I just posted this for someone else on another forum. Read my last (4th) post on the following thread.
