please help with resource conflict when upgrading network

Hi everybody,
First let me say thanks for all of you who spend time reading my post.
i just bought a T40 2373-PU7 and decided to upgrade the mini pci wireless network card. i bought the card from ebay. first, i installed the card ( the intel pro 2200 b/g) and got the message : " unauthorized card installed..."
Then i upgraded to the newest bios as well as the embedded control something (i dont know if i spelled it right). This time i got another message " resource conflict at pci 02 bus 02 function 00". Therefore, i searched our forum and ended up trying the no1802.com. After trying it, the problem still exists. same meassage showed up. i think the card is defective so i returned it for exchange. so any of you know how to solve the problem or why it happened ? I aslo tried to play around with IRQ.
