Where can I get free Email support (Email-address) for IBM driver support, especially for the firmware of the DVD burner (UJ-822)?

I just looked, and I don't see any firmware updates for the T43 DVD burner yet.

You can find the latest updates yourself (while online) by pressing the blue Access IBM key, then choose Get Help & Support, then Download & update, then Device drivers & software downloads. The easiest way is to let the software detect your system, but you can enter the information yourself in the drop-down menus if you like.

Yes, I know that. But the problem is that there isn't a firmware for the DVD burner at all.

The following thread lists some firmware updates for the DVD writer, but I have a feeling that you will find that you have the latest version already. Hence the reason for no updates on the T43p driver matrix page.
