What type of RAM for my T43 2687D4U

Hello,

I just oppened the ram casing underneath my laptop and only found 1 module (empty), I guess the other one is some were under the keyboard? In any case I have no idea as to what speed my build-in ram is (it's 512). I want to get it to 1GB but not sure what speed to offer?

A T43 uses PC4200-DDR2 SODIMMs, up to 1GB in each slot.

I only see 1 slot underneath the laptop, the other one is under the keyboard?

2 GB (max), DDR II SDRAM, 533 MHz..

personally i would max it out..i have 2GB in my R50 and it runs very nice..
