cheaper @ newegg since it's OEM:

I just got my CT12864X335 from NewEgg today and it seems to work fine. I've got a T42 (2373). Before I ordered it, I emailed Crucial to check if it was the same as the more expensive CT433386 recommended by their "Memory Advisor" web tool. I was told they were "identical modules" and that either would work in my system.

Sometimes the model numbers won't line up, as NewEgg often sells OEM versions, which are identical, but have different part#'s as they had different destination markets when made.

Crucial basically creates a million different part numbers for a couple of hundred types of RAM. Then they assign a unique part number to the RAM that is intended for each make and model of system that they sell memory for.
If you go to the Crucial main page, you can pull up the generic part numbers (that newegg sells) by the RAM specs, instead of by make and model of system.
