Sound Card dissapeared "HELP!"

I upgraded my modem card to the Bluetooth version an soon after my sound card stopped working. Not visible in system, I get the message "Driver not found reboot and run setup again" when I try to install the SoundMax drivers.

Anyone have any ideas? Could this be because of a conflict with the bluetooth modem? I have no errors showing in the system, the card just dissapeared.
