Bluetooth not working

Okay I recently formatted my machine to dual boot Suse 10 and Windows XP. Prior I had not tried my Bluetooth. I recently picked up an iPAQ 27xx with Bluetooth. I can authenticate to the PC but there are no services available. i loaded the software from Lenovo for Bluetooth II and III and no result, windows reports that there is no device present. What am I missing? Everything seems to be there. I've tried the same in Linux as well with the same result.
