Numeric Keyboard question

Hello!

How can I use the * / - + Pos1, End, Page Up, Page Down, scroll keys from the numeric keypad on a thinkpad keyboard?

So I'm looking for a numeric equivalent keypad with NUMLOCK=OFF.

When the numlock key is on all keys are with numlock off on the simulated keypad, but I'm looking for a virtual numeric keypad with numlock=OFF.

Any settings or tools available?
