T42 parts replacement: some questions

Hallo everybody,

I have a T42 (2373-HTG, 15", Dothan 1.8 GHz, 1.5 Gb RAM, 60 Gb HD 7200 rpm) and I would like to substitute the following parts:

1. CPU from 745 to 765 @ 2.1 GHz
2. HD from 60 Gb 7200 rpm to 100 Gb 7200 rpm

Do you think it will be possible? Will I have problems with the HD or the CPU? Can you point me to an eShop (in Europe) where to find the components I need?
