how do you count dead pixels?

#1 Post by krcmd » Sun Nov 27, 2005 1:29 pm

i think i understand the warranty coverage, and the risk that a replacement screen might be worse.

I still don't know from the discussions:

1. How do you count dead pixels in a line?
2. do they replace IBM lids with Lenovo lids?

Thanks.

Well, you simply follow the rules that are outlined on the IBm site for this.

Also; what do you mean by an "IBM Lid" and "Lenovo Lid" ? :?

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

i suspect that "they" still reuse the "lid" you have..
if not, it would most likely be an IBM logo rather than the much hated lenovo name or logo..
