T43: Fan and error 2010 solved?

I have started out at around 31 Degrees and hit 33 Degrees easily; depends on the ambient temperature (colder is better) and how it started up (a resume from suspend or hibernate won't add as much heat as a full boot would).

Is this when you are plugged in or on battery? Before, I used to startup around 37 Degrees; afterwards, it has gone down to 35 Degrees.

This sounds very good.
