QUES: Did USB 2.0 in the T-series start with the T40 model?

Did IBM start using USB 2.0 (as opposed to USB 1.1) in the T-series starting with the T40 model? Thanks in advance.

Yes, T20-T23, T30 all are USB1.1. From T40, -T43, USB2.0.
