rundll32.exe problem...

Hi~

I keep getting a rundll32.exe problem when logging off or turning off my laptop?

Any way to treat this? I updated the battery maximizer and Active Hard Protection...

Any help will be appriciated...

I too have been going nuts trying to figure out the problems and I believe it is something from ibm. help is GREATLY appreciated.
