Hang during shutdown at LOGGING OFF. Anyone?

I am using the XP Pro image from IBM recovery instead of Fresh install. Yeah I know, I am lazy. Anyways anybody have any experience with this problem? Is it an IBM app causing the problem? I have looked all over the web and have found nothing. When I go to shutdown it starts but when it gets to LOGGING OFF it hangs indefinately. Mouse still moves and little blue status indicater swooshes left to right but it never shuts off. This only happens when I use it for a while so something on this computer is causing the problems but I have the same exact apps on my A20p and it works fine. The only difference is the T23 apps from IBM like recordnow and IBM utilities. Any help would be great.
