T42 Suspended - system clock problem

Strange case...
When I suspand my t42 for more than 1 hour, I have problems with mys system clock (Windows XP). It might bee almost 10am (like now), but my T42 shows 6:30am...

Does anybody know what should I do to get rid of this...?

Well, the only way I can see is re-syncing the clock itself, I would actually use Bootvis on resume from suspend to see if any process interrupts the Clock, or if the clock process is stopped.
