When was the ATI 9600 first offered with the XGA screen?

When was the ATI 9600 video first offered with the XGA (1024 x 768) screen? Thanks.

Pretty sure this was with the T42 series...not sure which model however...I'm sure I'll be corrected if it was earlier. :)

[EDIT]:I scanned an older copy of the tabook.pdf and some newer ones...looks like this is a relatively recent happening...the first models with 9600 and XGA that I saw were T42's introduced November 2005...
