I turn my ThinkPad on this morning after having shut it down last night. When it gets to loading my desktop, it freezes for a good 3 minutes, and then gives me the message "Windows can't find (Null)". I close the error box and it finsihes loading up my desktop. I open up MS Outlook and it freezes for another 3 minutes, doesn't give me any error message, and then finally finsihes opening up Outlook. I restart the machine and everything goes back to normal.
Anyone else ever have this happen? The only programs I've added recently are games (Sim City 4, Links LS 2000, and Shogo) and I can't imagine any of those would cause Windows errors like the one I described.
"Windows can't find (Null)" error?
