Access IBM key on my T40 2374-PU2 does not work.

I just installed XP Pro and went to IBM's site to install the software installer and updated everything (Ultranav, etc). Everything is installed and updated but when I press the Access IBM key, nothing happens.

Also, how do I prevent the Cisco systems wireless LAN adapter from loading on startup? The windows XP network connection program is fine for me.
