multiple keyboards on the T41p?

I love my T30 tons and tons but the R7500/16 and PIV are making me want to make a short upgrade to the 41p. More performance and better battery life.

Unfortunately, I've been looking at the some pics of 41s and I hate the keyboard layout. Is there a keyboard availible for the 41p that is the same as the T30? (Small CR key and backslash over it)

This sounds like a small point but it's enough to make me want to stick with the one I've got.
