dirt in display

I've now got what seem to be two hairs in the margins of my display (T43).

The machine is less than a year old. The dirt doesn't bother me, but at this accumulation rate it will start to bother me soon.

Any ideas?

Is it worth sending in? Is this a warranty issue? Will the repaired machine be as good or better?
