How to replace keyboard key?

One of my keys popped off. Does someone know where I can find the instructions on how to replace the key? I did this once years ago, but I can't find any instructions now. Thanks

i replaced my t21s keyboard and have an extra one (in like new condition - other than the fact that I replace it because it had sensitive "u" key).
