Dual Display

Well I'm using a port replicator and trying to do dual display. So I'm sticking in my 17 inch lcd tv into the dvi port. The only way it will dual display is having the 17 inch lcd tv the primary monitor. Is there anyway way i could set the laptop display to the primary and the 17 inch the secondary. I can't seem to check "Use this device as the primary monitor" in the windows display.

Use the Presentation Director program. It should do what you want.

I'm using the Omega drivers (not sure it the stock drivers have this). Go to display properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> Displays. You can set the primary monitor there.
